- Reception is available 24/7. Dial "9" from your room phone for assistance.
- Check-out time is by 12:00; check-in starts from 14:00.
- Late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.

carte dinner is free once per person for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Please report all problems or complaints to Reception.
- If you have any food allergies, please inform Reception.
- In case of loss of
room or towel card, a fee will be charged.

- Children are the responsibility of their parents.
- Keep your valuables in the
safe in your room, provided free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for lost items.
- Swimwear (swimsuits, trunks, bikinis, burkinis) is mandatory in the pools. No other clothing is allowed.
- Freshly squeezed
juices and all imported beverages are chargeable.
- Sunscreens, waterproof makeup, hair dye, and henna tattoos may cause permanent stains on linens and towels. Please use them with care. Otherwise, a fee may be
charged.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear overly intoxicated.
- The hotel reserves the right to evict guests who cause disturbances due to alcohol consumption.
